All orders within the USA are shipping via USPS Media Mail. Orders outside of the USA are shipped via First Mile Priority Parcel, USPS First Class Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International, depending on the weight of the parcel and destination. Most orders are delivered within 7 days of dispatch, but please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, depending on where your order is being delivered. Thank you for your patience and support.

If you ordered the wrong item (be it the wrong format or wrong colored vinyl), you may exchange it ONLY if the item is unopened and in the same condition in which is was received. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and exchanges are subject to availability. We do not offer cash refunds, only store credit. Temporary Resldence Ltd. is not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels shipped via USPS unless additional Insurance or Registered services are purchased and applied at the time your order is placed. If, however, you suspect your order is defective in some way due to manufacturing error, or is missing contents, please contact us to remedy the situation. Thank you for your support.
